28. The committee may make a decision even if the licence holder, the applicant or the applying partnership fails to reply to the notice sent in accordance with section 41 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (chapter C-73.2), does not appear at the arranged meeting, has not submitted observations in writing or has not produced the documents necessary to complete the file.
